Materials
- Base metal: stainless steel - chosen for daily wear: strong, tarnish-resistant with normal care, and kind to most skin.
- Finishes: 14k white gold finish or 18k yellow gold finish over the steel. This is a finish, not solid gold - we say so plainly, and it is exactly why a gift that looks this rich costs under $40 instead of hundreds.
- Stones: cubic zirconia - the same brilliant, diamond-look stones used across quality fashion jewelry, hand-set in every pendant.
- Chain: adjustable 18-22 inches (45.72-55.88 cm) with a lobster clasp, so it suits most necklines and layers well.
How it is made
Every necklace is made to order for your recipient: the pendant is finished, the message card is printed, and the set is quality-checked and boxed by hand before it ships. Made-to-order takes a little longer than pulling stock off a shelf - and it means your gift was never shelf stock.
The boxes
Every necklace includes a complimentary soft-touch gift box and its heartfelt message card. The mahogany-style luxury box upgrade adds a presentation case with an LED spotlight for the reveal moment.
Care - 20 seconds that add years
- Keep your piece dry; remove it before swimming, showering or exercise.
- Put it on after perfume and lotions, not before.
- Store it in its box, and wipe it with a soft cloth now and then.
