What comes in the box?

Your necklace, its heartfelt message card, and a soft-touch gift box - included with every order. The mahogany-style luxury box with LED spotlight is available as an upgrade on every product page.

Is it solid gold?

No - and we say so plainly. Our pendants are stainless steel with 14k white gold or 18k yellow gold finishes and cubic zirconia stones: fashion jewelry made for daily wear, priced under $40. Full details live on our Quality & Materials page.

How long will my order take?

Every necklace is made to order, then shipped with tracking - your tracking number is emailed as soon as your gift is on its way. Made-to-order takes a little longer than shelf stock, so for birthdays, anniversaries and Christmas we recommend ordering with time to spare.

What if it arrives damaged or wrong?

Email a photo and your order number to golden.jewel.sales@gmail.com within 60 days of delivery, and choose your remedy: replacement or full refund. That is the Golden Jewel Quality Promise.

Can I send it straight to her?

Yes - there are no prices inside the gift box, and the message card does the talking. Just use her address at checkout.

Do you offer discounts?

Use code GOLDEN10 for 10% off - and when you buy two or more necklaces (different recipients welcome), 15% comes off automatically at checkout.
